The garden was well maintained and relaxing to walk around. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable to use. the staff were hospitable and attentive to our needs. the location was convenient, with many attractions nearby, within 15 minutes walk.
The room was outdated and the kitchen was not well-equipped, lacking cleaning supplies and a dishwasher. the rooms were not air-conditioned, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night, despite being given fans.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the helpful and smiling staff, great breakfast with local and natural foods, and plenty of space to relax in the beautiful gardens. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the pool was very nice. Additionally, there was good WiFi and a big parking lot. We enjoyed the location as it was just a pleasant half hour walk to either the city centre or the Gardens.
Worst aspects? All was good.

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of delicious options to choose from, with local and organic products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the city center and easy to access. The pool and garden were beautiful and relaxing, a great place to unwind.
The noise level in our room was unbearable. We could not sleep due to the loud street noise outside, even though we were away from the city center.

We found the garden to be simply stunning and a perfect spot to relax. the pool and whirlpool tub were great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and offered great service. the breakfast selection was wide and included many locally sourced options. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the WiFi was strong.
The street noise was somewhat disruptive, especially at night, and we wish we had been offered a quieter room option.
